Hiring process was relatively easy and the HR team was very on top of things when it came to sending my forms to fill out at school. Conditions of employment were clear and I understood what I would be working on. The interview process was 4 hours long with 5 interviewers and although that may sound horrible, it was easy and similar to having a conversation with someone your parents used to work with.
