it was a group interview. everyone that was applying for the position was all in the same room. they do things differently now. they went around the table and asked everyone the same questions, it was hard because sometimes the person before you truly said what you wanted to say. all 5 of the nurse managers from each floor spoke to us. then at the end asked us which floor we wanted to work on.
