Telephone interview with HR followed by in-person interviews with department managers. Follow up offer by telephone from HR. I made sure I thoroughly researched the company and position prior to the interview. During the interview process, I asked several questions to make sure BayCare and this specific department and position was a good fit for me. Not only was I being interviewed but I also was interviewing them at the same time.
