You apply online. A telephone screening with HR takes place. HR will then contact you if the hiring manager wants to interview you in person. My interview was a Panel interview with 4 interviewers. After introductions, Behavior questions were asked by each of the panelists.

The interview process was straightforward with no tricky questions. Make sure you answer the questions in a STAR format and provide plenty of examples to back up your stories. And the entire interview process was quick. The recruiter I worked with was nice.

I interviewed for 2 positions with Bayer and was ghosted both times after the second interview. I never received a “thanks but no thanks” email or any communication from the hiring manager.
Their dynamic shared ownership model seems chaotic and unorganized. I feel thankful
I did not get an offer here.
