Applications and resumes sent via an online application with a follow up phone call and interview from the hiring manager. Interview was friendly. Interview held with a Director level employee, as well as an executive level administrator. Interviewers were looking for strong management experience, keen awareness and ability to manage detail closely, and a good personality for dealing with a diverse staff.
