I applied to a graduate position and got called for an interview. I had a panel interview with 3 managers. Very nice ladies. Each asked me questions. It was a fast interview, it took around 20 minutes. I had the chance to ask them questions and they clearly defined my role for the position. Overall the interview went pretty smoothly.

Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
