The graduate nurse interview process was easily followed. Interviews were held in our nursing school and we were given a list of units relevant to our preferences. First portion included typical submission of the school transcript and resume. One on one interview followed with an HR representative.

Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
