La session de recrutement a duré 3 heures. Avant de passer aux entretiens, nous avons eu le droit à une rapide présentation de l'équipe, pour enchainer par un entretien "fit/motivation", deux entretiens avec étude de cas.

The recrutment process took place during an entire afternoon. It started by one of the consultants explaining what Bearing Point was followed by 3 interviews. The first one was with a Senior Consultant, the second was where I passed their casse interview. I then passed the last interview with an associate of the company. A very technical and hard interview to be honest. At the end of all this they asked me to write by hand on a paper my impression of the entire process and specifically what I was able to learn from experience. All of this lasted from 2 to 7 PM, it was hard, demanding but I also learnt a lot and appreciated all the process taking place on a single day rather than during multiple weeks.
