It was very light and casual. I was interviewing with the reagent manufacturing manager and he had started from the bottom and worked his way up. He was friendly and answered all of my questions.

Phone screen, basic interview questions (strengths/weaknesses, current skill set, why you think your a good fit for the company) with a few of the company managers , followed by physical and drug test.
