I sent in a video of a day in my life as requested. They contacted me via email and then did an initial interview by phone, after which they contacted my references and interviewed me three additional times via Zoom. It sounded like they were going to hire me and then they sent me an email saying that it is very competitive to get a retail job with them and that they decided to go with a different candidate. The job ad was still active when they sent me the email.
