I was called by HR to come be interviewed the next day. The next day I had a 15 minute interview with HR where 75% of it was in Spanish. She asked about my previous work then asked if I could come for a second interview with the Administrator (my supervisor). Next day I waited 2 hours to interview with the Administrator. She could not speak English, therefore, my entire interview was in Spanish. When I mentioned that I was innovative and liked to implement new ideas to better the department. She said that that doesn't really work here. That usually people try to implement new ideas and it goes back to the old ways. I was called for a third interview. The third interview was with the owners. The mom was very nice and interested in who I was. They asked better questions and I felt more comfortable with them to answer them. They were very quick to ask if salary was negotiable. I said yes.
