The response was immediate, both a phone and in-person interview. Greeting was friendly and I met several associates upon my arrival and departure, I felt right at home before even being offered the job.

The conversation was so fluid that it flowed more so than asking questions. We talked about problem-solving, empowerment, what I would contribute to the team and the role. There seemed to be a few opportunities that I was suitable for, but I wanted to leave it in the company's hands to see where I would fit best.
