They requested my application/ documentation. They sent me massive amounts of training materials and a contract to sign. Halfway through the training they told me they didn't select me and to reapply in 6 months.

They never intervuewed me and never let me get to the mock coach interview to assess my skills. They sent me a contract first then training and then told me I was not hired.
