Colloquio
First went through a phone screen with a recruiter and received a html online assessment.
Was called in for a face to face interview which consist of 3 rounds of interviews with sets of 2 employees.
The first is usually a technical interview with a ninja and team lead usually asking about prior situations and how you have handled a similar situation in the past. Not really any technical questions.
The second is usually with the CS managers more situational questions.
The third is usually culture interview to see if you match with the BC culture or have what BC calls "Mojo"
Bigcommerce hires entirely on personally not technical knowledge so if you make a good impression on the people that interview it is plus.

Colloquio
Consisted of a field call, technical assessment, build a store project, and onsite interview. The process was streamlined and stress-free for the most part. The onsite interviewers only asked behavioral and CV questions. My recruiter called me the same night of the onsite interview with an offer for the position.

There were 4 steps to the interview after my application was submitted.
- Phone interview
- Technical Assessment
- Build a store assignment
- In person interview
After they had approved of each step, they would send you the next step. They are looking for people who both have a base knowledge of the industry and the ability to find answers to questions that they don't know.
