Pretty good, nice office when I came in, people were friendly, they had a coffee machine, the hiring manager was alright, some basic questions, a simple get to know. I'd say not to bad actually, but who knows what it's store.

I applied to a role with Make It Cheaper, and within a couple of hours I had a brief phone interview, during which it was arranged for me to come in later in the week for a face to face interview. All seemed well, and the lady who interviewed me was pleasant. When the interview was over I was assured that I'd hear back in the next week about the status of my application. I didn't.
Fast forward two months and I was still job hunting online, so looking through the same agency website I resubmitted my application to the company. Yet again, within a couple of hours I received a phone call, and was told that they had my details on record, and that they'd arranged an interview for me, to which I hadn't turned up! I assured the lady on the phone that she was mistaken, and she apologised and told me that she'd check up what had gone wrong and get back to me as soon as possible. Needless to say, for the second time I received no more correspondence.
I'm not bitter about not getting the job if I wasn't deemed suitable, nor would I usually care too much about not receiving a response from an application, but to be assured twice that I'd be informed about my application and then receiving nothing is, in my opinion, totally unprofessional and shows real contempt for their applicants.

If we were to hire you, how many months do you think it would take for you to start hitting your targets?
I would like to apologies first of all for the inconvenience caused and not keeping you updated on the process. The Internal Recruitment Team try very hard to get back to all of the applicants that they have interviewed in a weeks’ time. They make it clear, if no communication has been made during the week then the process has been unsuccessful. However, I understand feedback is very important and I am keen to speak to you - please do give me a call on 0207 654 8754.

Don't bother wasting your time going to an interview for a company that doesn't get back to you regardless of whether successful or unsuccessful. People don't realise that you spend money on travel resources and use your valuable time to come for interviews enough to even have the audacity to contact after the interview.
There was one interviewer that was depressing to be around, I would hate waking up in the morning to work with her. Couldn't even crack a smile, honestly felt like I wanted to leave immediately.
Honestly, there are much better companies than this. The previous reviews are correct, they will waste your time and give you an unnecessary interview process that you could invest your time and money into a different company that's worth it.
