Colloquio
I applied on LinkedIn thinking that my resume would end up in an abyss. I received an email from the Director of Sales the same day asking for a call. I had an initial call with the hiring manager then the recruiter, who was VERY knowledgeable about the company.
Once I completed an online test (personality/working style) I was invited to an on-site interview.
The energy in the office was amazing. The two sales managers interviewed me then I gave a pitch to them. I was also able to talk to other members of the sales team to get their perspective on the job.
A couple of days later I had a call with the VP of Sales which was very insightful. The hiring manager (Director of Sales) called me to wrap up any loose ends then sent me an offer the next day.
Everyone was very friendly. Most importantly no one ever left me in the dark about where we were in the process! They were respectful of me and my time. Communications were honest, clear, and prompt.

I got to the final round and got good feedback. Ended up being ghosted. Even after the recruiter who was talking with me throughout the whole process. Zero transparency and a waste of my time.

Hiring process was smooth and efficient. Next steps were clearly provided and the stand and deliver presentation was quick. They hire in classes and are in hyper growth mode so the process is quick. This technology is taking off!

Phone call with very broad parameters
A second call with the wrong manager who was very short said he wanted it to be conversational and then asked very targeted, leading questions (A bad sales tactic)"We respond to everyone within two days" Didn't hear from them for 5 days so I called with a wishy-washy response about possibly getting another interview. Made me cringe that a company of that caliber would act in such a way.
