Don't know what is the process. I was called by the company HR and scheduled the face to face. On scheduled day I reached their premises 10 or 15 minutes before the time. I got registered at the building and then company reception. The receptionist asked me to have a seat on a lounge near their cafeteria. HR came to me and asked for the resume. I handed over a copy of my resume and started wiating for the process to begin. After 15 minutes, The HR came to me and said that the HR personnel who scheduled this interview is on leave and he doesn't have any information about this interview. Then he asked me to call the same guy on Monday(as it was Friday) and schedule the interview again. I took my resume back and with tons to rubbish words inside me for wasting my day left their premises. That's all about the interview.
