Recruitment policy is not transparent
They try to hire good people by explaining hi-fi job profile during the interview. If someone joins they easily get understand that Mumbai set up is back office of US Kansas city.
Simple, typical interview questions, reviewed the resume, didn’t ask any technical questions, but I had a reference so not sure if that made it easier or not. Interview was casual although they did ask me to go out to lunch after, which I always find weird on an interview and it took up a bit of time

Quick meeting with a recruiter. Questions were standard and included name a challenge you’ve overcome, questions about your formal training and past experience, etc. Very casual process. Phone call. Average question difficulty.

Easy, quick, why do you want the position. A recruiter called me and we chatted for about fifteen minutes. I had been recommended by someone who already worked at the company.
