What an utter waste of time.. conducted a total of 6 rounds of interviews in which 2 rounds were with the onsite US team. Wasted almost 6-7 hours of time interviewing over a span of 2 weeks and then there's no feedback provided from the HR after several follow ups. Totally unprofessional. At least respect people's time and provide feedback over the mail, it takes 2 minutes. One cannot expect to be rejected after 6 freaking rounds of interviews with the final one being with the managing director of the company.
Four interviews, forty five mins each. Met folks from different teams for their rotation program. Everyone was super smart and clearly excited about working there. Didn't end up taking the job because I decided to stay outside Chicago.
