There are a three steps hiring process. one written and two vivas. written includes the subject related technical questions. One viva goes to the HR head and the last goes to the CEO. Don't worry too much regarding the test. It's very easy and be confident. The interview procedure is neat and clean. No lobbing works there.
I had my application sent through the referral system by a contact at Square and was contacted by a recruiter the next day. They requested a writing sample where you had to answer 4-5 mock customer questions in 36 hours. I submitted my responses and received no confirmation of the receipt of my sample. I reached out a week later and then was asked my availability for a phone interview. A week after the phone interview I was asked to come and meet with two members of the Support team. One of the interviewers was very warm and friendly. The other repeatedly rolled her eyes, which made me pretty uncomfortable and gave me serious doubts about wanting to work there. The recruiter debriefed with me after the interview and called me a few days later to tell me I was not going to continue with the interview process. At least the process ended on a kind note!
