Thorough process of 5 interview rounds. Recruiter was really proactive in communication at every stage. Really accommodating with the interview dates and times. Whole process was approx 3 weeks in total

Asked me to talk about economic empowerment which is their mission
The initial interview was a one on one with the team lead. It was over zoom and casual. It seemed more like a back and forth conversation than an intense, high stake interview.
Was contacted by recruiter and had a 30 minute interview. Was told they were recommending I move to the next round but upon following up several times to set up hiring manager interview, I never heard back. It doesn’t take long to send an update ( or even a polite, “we’ve decided to move in another direction”). Did not expect to be ghosted given how positive the initial conversation was.
