The HR contacted initially through email. My response was followed up with a brief assessment call with hiring manager and HR.
After that, there was a pure technical round (call) having discussions regarding my current profile and responsibilities. They also asked questions about how could my knowledge be related to their domain. It was a good discussion in general.
I was called to their office and had 3 rounds of interviews. First with the managers - - it was comprehensive about profile and technical questions. They made me comfortable throughout. Next up was the management round which lasted about 45mins with them explaining the company profile, its future and my role. Third was the HR round, very brief.
They released the offer in 2-3 weeks.

very long, talked with a whole bunch of people. All very nice but all confused on why they had to speak w me. It was a nice conversation and just got a better offer elsewhere

I was contacted by a recruiter from another job board and had a call with the recruiter, then talked to the hiring manager for 45 mins. Next, I had 7 x 30 mins panel interviews. An HR representative was supposed to show up at the end to wrap up the interview but did not show up (keep this in mind). Got another call from the recruiter and received positive feedback and he asked for my reference. After 1 week with no update, I reached out for an update. It turned out that they had a hiring freeze, so they could not offer the position to me. So, obviously, the HR people knew they would have a hiring freeze soon and did not want to waste his time interviewing me, and yet they kept the interviews, which wastes lots of my time and effort. Very bad experience.
