I completed a brief phone interview with an HR representative, then a later phone interview with the team lead. After this, I was flown out to do an onsite interview. This consisted of a tour of the facility, one hour presentation to a group on my background, and 30 minute one-on-ones with each team member in the presentation. Everyone was very friendly and overall it was a good experience. The main issue was lack of communication in terms of timing, the actual job offer, and interview expense reimbursement. I have not yet been reimbursed, and trying to contact someone about this is difficult.
