Started with a simple 20 minute one-on-one interview with a member of the team. Then you have to give an hour long presentation to a panel of people you may be working with. Immediately after this interview, you do 30 minute one on ones from members of the panel and a bar raiser.

Did a phone screen, average screening questions and went on to interview with an engineer working the same location. She spoke about what they do and if I can keep up with the rigorous hours. Heavy focus was on what Blue Origin is and where I would see myself at.
