I heard back from my application very quickly and was able to schedule an interview; however, they asked for 5 references and would not respond with their hiring decision until all 5 references responded.

Apply, phone call, references , second interview skill test , the process was not that long for a 30 word minimum be patient and speak kind words about yourself and the position if it is yours claim it you can never miss nothing you never had

After an initial phone screening by a recruiter, I was contacted by the manager of the practice (this process took about 3 weeks). The manager conducted a 30 minute video interview, and we scheduled a shadow interview at the clinic for the next week. The shadow interview took around 4 hours and consisted of seeing three different departments. After the interview we discussed my thoughts about the position and which department I could see myself working best in.
