Colloquio
Boeing uses what they call structural interviews. Each applicant is asked the same set of questions. As an IT person I am used to being asked technical questions. In the structural interview it is more behavioral based. This can catch you off guard if you are not used to it.

Describe a time when you had difficulty getting along with a co-worker. Describe the situation, the actions you took and your thinking process as to why you selected those actions, and results of those actions.
Applied through the internal job postings application. Ended up getting an interview after a couple weeks of applying. The interview was over the phone and was mostly behavioral questions around specific experiences. I was extended an followed an offer a couple of weeks later.
