Very important to have another employee refer you through the firms employee referral program. Be sure to know about the firms 10 core values. Also, be specific on what you would like to focus your work on, both function (strategy, IT, analytics, etc...) and industry (i.e. DoD, DHS, IRS, etc....). Commercial consulting is not the focus of the company so dont make it the focus of what you are looking for.

Series of interview with hr and members of the team. Questions seemed mostly behavioral but easy to answer. Overall it was a good experience and hr was responsive and answered questions quickly.

I had applied online and had a recruiter reach out to schedule an initial phone about four weeks after and then they said they would get back to be if a recruiter likes my resume.
