I was contacted by a BAH recruiter who had received my resume. The recruiter was very nice and helped me through the entire process.
I was interviewed by a panel of 4 Sr. Associates. The interview took about 3 hours. We discussed in detail the area I was applying for. Interview went great and I enjoyed it. It was long but I asked a lot of questions as well.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
