The interview process was pretty straight forward. Each was timeboxed to 30 min and split evenly between building rapport and case study. These case studies were varied but focused on my industry. Due to scheduling challenges on my and the interviewer's sides, the in person interviews were on two different days.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
