It can vary from position to position. My experience was very quick due to job requirements and need to fill a position. I was called by a recruiter of the Firm, and the process from initial phone call to offer was very smooth. I have heard from others who interviewed with the firm that the process took months, but was worth it. My experience took just a couple of weeks.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
