Five rounds total, last three was in person. First round was phone call with HR. Second round was zoom call with two engineers. Third round with HR again, discussing pay and benefits (why discuss pay before offer is even made? Makes no sense) Fourth round with same two engineers again, non technical non behavioral, just a pointless interview. Last round with director, somewhat technical but mostly discussing resume. Only the last round mattered, everything else was a waste of time. No technical questions at all, just straight up vibing and resume reading.
