I first had a HR Interview. After that two interviews with active consultants. After that one interview with a senior partner. The process was really good and I can not complain. Highly transparent about compensation, work-life balance, projects and colleagues.

Several rounds and made it to the end, took a long time between rounds. Very engaging conversations with everyone, people were obviously very smart. Didn't end up getting offer (team retracted role)
