Interviewed with multiple members of the Nashville office from the most senior down to new hires. All members seemed interested in my qualities as a person and teammate much more so than the information on my resume.

I had two separate interviewers scheduled in one hour (30 minutes each). The first interviewer had over 30 years working for the company and was able to talk about what his experience has been like working for B&G. He was super interested in getting to know me and not just ask questions off of a list. The second interviewer had way less experience with the company but was still able to interview me as though we were having a conversation.
