Had a phone interview and a couple more casual conversations with two people in human resources. It was clear that the HR employee had never bothered to read through my resume before the interview and didn't seem to care much about our conversation. I called to speak with this person and another HR person two or more times after this initial interview, and each time they had forgotten who I was or kept getting me mixed up with someone else. It really made me lose interest in the company. I had an interview for a different position later on with someone in the engineering department that went much better and they took more interest in me and it was an easy interview.
