Phone Interview was pleasant, interviewer asks common questions and friendly. Got scheduled for a face-to-face technical interview afternoon, took java test and after 45mins, had technical questions. The questions are average, but a few are tricky. After that, the interviewers said they'll let me know the result. I did a follow-up after a few days, but didn't get a reply. Not a single email was sent advising of the outcome. It's IMPORTANT to remember for companies interviewing applicants to INFORM THEM THE OUTCOME of the interview regardless of whether they passed or not. I went to the office in the afternoon and stayed a bit late for the technical questions. It does not matter if I failed or not, the important thing is to know the result. I spent TIME, MONEY, and EFFORT just to go to the interview. Have some compassion and be professional by informing the outcome. I'm a human being, and being busy or having plenty of applicants is not an excuse because we all have busy schedules. Have not received a single response after all this, hence, no opinion.
