Absolutely terrible, there is a lack of respect towards the candidate, and it almost feels like the interviewers are trying to disparage the interviewee. Braze has been known to interview hundreds of people just for a few open positions, they will not give you the offer and waste countless hours of your time. Trust me, move on.
