Phone screening, performance task, then one-on-one interview with the director. Performance task involved suggesting EL focused modifications for a gen ed classroom and a lesson plan. Interview focused on knowledge of English language acquisition pedagogy and ability to do sheltered instruction. Major emphasis on co-teaching too.
