Very professional. They wanted to make sure you were right for the job. There was a test given on all areas of care. For example... Personal care, infection control, what to do in case of an emergency, medication,showers,shopping,safety in bed and with wheelchairs and privacy. Skills demonstration.

Got call in for an interview. I was interview by one person and later was offered to take a test. During the testing time, staff worker was arguing on the telephone which gave a negative feel in the place. Interview question are simple and easy. Just basic stuff like why you want to a caregiver. Pass the test and got the jobs offer.
