Applied online and was contacted a week later for a phone interview. Was asked similar questions as posted by others. Met in person and had a great interview.. was given a pair of earrings as I left (weird?). Was contacted a few days later to ask if I was interested in operations positions in SF (I was applying in LA).. emailed a few days after this to say I was not a good fit for the LA sales position... I believe it is because I expressed too much interest in the operations positions even though I am more than experienced in bridal sales.

During the time of my interview, it was a very fast process from phone call, to Zoom meeting, to hire. They actually did reach out to the references I listed. The process couldn't have taken more than a couple weeks.
