HR Associate Crystal phone screened me, and I came in within a week to in-person interview with HR Director Jaime. They were both very nice and created a relaxed rapport. The interview was in their showroom, so I did not get the chance to see the work environment, but I understand that is probably a security necessity considering this is a jewelry company. Two days after the in-person interview Crystal emailed me to let me know they were moving forward with other candidates. The process was fair, courteous and quick. I felt that I was treated very well and I would recommend them to other applicants.
