Straight forward. Applied online...recruiter from their NY location contacted me to set up a time to talk to her. After that she set up a 1:1 interview with Manager and a Engineer in the team basically ended up being a group interview. This lasted an hour. All questions were technical. I think the interview went well.
The office was going through complete renovation so every single employee was working from home. It was just this manager and his one person from the team were in their room working.
After the interview, I was able to contact the recruiter at all (tried many ways -email, phone etc). Didn't even hear any feed back about the interview. Online application states "Interview scheduled, waiting for results".
Very bizarre experience. I still don't know what the fudge happened with the interview. Bad communication from them. Is it so difficult to send an email conveying the feedback?
