Colloquio
It was a bit chaotic. When I arrived, my interviewer was not prepared so I was escorted around the building by another employee for about an hour. Overall, I was there for almost two hours.

Domanda 1
Asked why I wanted to work there. What experience I have in marketing and how I feel about the community.

Colloquio
It was a very positive experience with well thought out questions. Non-stuffy. I met with the assistant director and the executive director. The interview took over an hour so I thought I would hear back.

I had an initial 5-minute phone screening by the hiring manager followed by two longer (45 minutes or so) Zoom interviews with him. One took place on a Sunday at his request, which I found odd but was happy to accommodate.
The first Zoom interview was mostly informational, centering around the position and Brookdale as a whole. The second was more in-depth, focusing on team dynamics and work environment.
I thought the process went well, but then I never heard a word after my last interview despite feeling as though I had a good conversation with the hiring manager and sending him a thank-you email. This was disappointing, as after multiple interviews I'd have hoped he or someone else from Brookdale would have the courtesy to let me know that the position was offered to someone else.

Domanda 1
I was mostly asked standard interview questions, such as discussing my strengths and weaknesses or providing an example of a time I was challenged at work and how I overcame that challenge. The hiring manager also wanted to know if I had the flexibility to work some weekends as needed.
