My interview was very recent. I was greeted by lovely front desk employees. Followed by a short wait time. After being welcomed into the interview room the environment flourished as very respectful and supportive.

wonderful and short if you know what you are talking about, the people care about you. So you feel like you have to show it back as well. Simple questions you expect. Scheduled an interview then couple days later you do it.
