Fast & loose, I had a 10 minute video interview with one person, then the next day another 10 minute video interview with a different person. I was reached out to about interviews by 3 different people in total that seemed to be on completely different pages than one another. But it was extremely easy and it seemed like they mostly wanted to get people in the door to the training.
