I applied online and received a call the next day. I went into the interview, they made me walk around the store and pick out three things in style and three things not in style as well as go through a rack of clothing and explain why I would or would not buy it into the store.

3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
There were 3 interviews. First, an informal interview. For the next interview I was quizzed on current styles for men and women. At the final interview I was offered the job

easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
