The process was very thorough with 3 interviews before an offer. It was pretty intense. They asked about my own personal style, trends I was aware of, and to categorize clothes in store into three categories: clothes that would sell well, sell fine, and not sell at all. For a minimum wage part-time position, it was quite a lot.

3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.

easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
