Applied via linkedin, eventually arranged an interview at they Bank WeWork Offices after 7 days. Interview lasted about an hour with the head of the digital. But i received no feedback after 3 weeks. I obviously assume i haven't got the job, but i don't think they appreciate that taking time off work or researching business for an interview is time consuming, and to not give a candidate feedback or even tell them they have been unsuccessful is incredible rude. If a bit business can't find 10mins to give a candidate a call or email, i'm not sure they would even invest in their current employees anyway.
