Received a quick response to my application inviting me to take an online assessment - personality, verbal and numerical reasoning - which I did. I didn't receive any follow-up after submitting the assessment. If you're asking an applicant to spend 30 minutes of their time on a test it would be courteous and respectful to at least confirm that you will no be proceeding with the application. Unimpressed.
