So disappointed to receive a generic email asking me to complete a 50+ question behavioral assessment. Not worth the time or effort. This company clearly doesn't understand the biases associated with these assessments. I highly doubt they're committed to D&I because this wouldn't be used. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that most of the applicants are white from upper middle class backgrounds.

Applied on-line through the company website was contacted by email directly by HR and asked to undertake a 2 hour online "TestFirst Hiring" survey Was told this was the standard first step, but reading the other reviews it appears this is not the case. It really does take two hours and covers seven areas: personality, intelligence, math, vocabulary, mental acuity, business acumen and mechanical aptitude. I was told the reason for the assessment was primarily to measure a candidates personality fit for 'career planning' . In reality the psychological profiling within the test is only a minor part and it is primarily an out an out technical ability test. The questions are mainly verbal and mathematical reasoning setout in a Scholastic Aptitude Test style - In the UK we don't ever undertake tests like these so I struggled.
