Within in 6 hours of applying for the job I got a email and a phone call which was great. I had an informal interview on the phone and she gave me tips and advice for the face to face interview. I went the interview and followed her advice to a tea. She said to talk about my relevant experience to the role which I did. However I did not get the role and the feedback was I did not talk enough about my relevant experience -_- which was just nonsense. I probably wouldn't not have fitted in the office where I would have been working lacked diversity which bothered me.
